13 Foreside Road

5 Beds 6 Baths 4,678 Sq.Ft. 4.28 Acres

Description

Thirteen Foreside Road is a classic Falmouth Foreside estate designed by revered Maine architect John Calvin Stevens. Built in 1925 as a summer residence and historically known as ''Fairways,'' the home is set on over 4 acres beside the Portland Country Club, with views across the Donald Ross-designed golf course toward Casco Bay. A long, winding, tree-lined gravel road creates a memorable sense of arrival, setting the tone for the property's old-world charm and quiet sense of seclusion. Thoughtfully updated by Palm Beach-based Stephanie Rae Interiors and Bloom Construction, the residence blends historic architectural character with a refined, modern sensibility. The home offers 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom, including a first-floor bedroom suite and four additional bedrooms on the second level. Generous room proportions, wood floors, natural light, and a comfortable flow create a sense of ease throughout. The first floor includes a gracious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a formal dining room with French doors, and a beautifully appointed kitchen centered around a marble island with a handmade butcher block. A butler's pantry adds function and style, while the four-season sunroom offers southern exposure and views across the fairways toward Casco Bay. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a soaking tub and walk-in closet, with additional bedrooms, baths, office space, and flexible bonus areas for guests, work, and everyday living. The former three-car garage has since been rebuilt into a finished office space and home gym. Outside, mature landscaping, wooded surroundings, and established grounds create a timeless setting in the heart of Falmouth Foreside. Just moments from Portland Country Club, Falmouth amenities, Route 1, and downtown Portland, Thirteen Foreside Road offers a rare combination of architectural pedigree, acreage, privacy, and convenience.

Get to Know Me

Will and Ally Fuller are Senior Vice Presidents with Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty in Portland, Maine, and the husband-and-wife team behind FULLERS.

Together, they bring a thoughtful blend of luxury real estate experience, marketing strategy, development knowledge, and deeply personal client service to every relationship. Their business is built around trust, local expertise, modern storytelling, and a highly tailored approach to representing exceptional homes throughout Greater Portland, the coast of Maine, and beyond.

In April 2024, Will and Ally launched FULLERS after years of working within a high-performing real estate team. It marked a meaningful new beginning: a new brand, new systems, new responsibilities, and a renewed commitment to building a business that reflected their own voice, values, and vision. What began as a major professional transition quickly became a shared mission to create a relationship-driven real estate practice that feels personal, refined, and true to who they are.

Together, Will and Ally contribute to strategy, client experience, marketing, operations, and growth, offering clients the strength of a true partnership from the first conversation through closing and beyond.

Will Fuller

Born in Portland, Maine, Will’s roots in the community run deep. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Maine before beginning his career in luxury estate development at PGA West in La Quinta, California, where he helped oversee the construction and sale of multi-million-dollar homes.

When the market shifted in 2008, Will transitioned into radio and television advertising sales, quickly becoming one of the top media salespeople in the Palm Springs market. That experience sharpened his understanding of marketing, audience targeting, storytelling, and negotiation — skills that continue to shape his approach to real estate today.

In 2014, Will was recruited by a prominent real estate figure in Beverly Hills, California, where he was involved in marketing some of the world’s most prestigious properties. He later helped expand the firm’s reach to Naples, Florida, before returning home to Maine in 2018. In Greater Portland, Will became part of a top-performing real estate team, contributing to over $1.3 billion in sales volume and more than 1,300 transactions.

Today, Will combines his background in luxury real estate, development, advertising, and client-focused sales to help sellers position their homes with clarity and sophistication, and to guide buyers with perspective, discretion, and confidence.

Will is a member of the Development Committee for MaineHealth Maine Medical Center, the Greater Portland Board of REALTORS®, and Portland Country Club. Outside of real estate, he enjoys cycling, golf, espresso with Ally, and spending time with their daughter.

Ally Fuller

Ally began her real estate career in Rhode Island in 2019 and quickly became a multi-million-dollar producer in her first year. After relocating to Maine in 2021, she focused on high-end new construction, subdivision development, and luxury residential sales while working with a top-producing real estate team in Greater Portland.

Ally is known for her empathetic, steady, and client-centered approach. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, developers, or those navigating a major life transition, she brings warmth, organization, and a deep sense of care to the process. Her ability to listen closely, anticipate needs, and create a calm experience is central to the way FULLERS serves its clients.

A graduate of Salve Regina University with a background in Political Science and Philosophy, Ally also served as a field artillery officer in the U.S. Army. That experience instilled discipline, leadership, resilience, and a strong appreciation for service — qualities that continue to define her real estate practice.

Ally is a member of the Greater Portland Board of REALTORS® and Portland Country Club. In her free time, she enjoys cycling, running, golf, espresso with Will, and time with their daughter.

Together, Will and Ally have built FULLERS around a simple belief: exceptional real estate representation should feel both highly strategic and deeply personal.
